Adventure Beyond is recruiting qualified paddlesport and outdoor activities instructors for the 2025 season. We are based primarily on the West coast of Wales utilising the varied and beautiful, wildlife-rich and Instagram-worthy Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire & Ceredigion areas. However we run lots of trips around the UK so options for a varied scenery is more than possible.
We are recruiting full-time seasonal (March to October) staff with a salary from £26,000 and upwards per annum, pro rata (depending upon qualifications and experience).
Also we are looking for freelance instructors for the 25 season. As we operate all over the UK we would be looking for instructors from all over who are reliable and self motivated. Rates are competitive, please send over a cv.
Paddling awards are essential for the full time post as we run canoe and sea kayak trips.
As there are so many awards over the years it would be hard to list them all which would be the right fit.
We're looking for fun, friendly, motivated, flexible, adaptable and committed staff who can work on their own initiative, have a zest for life and are up to the challenge of working and leading in a fast paced, action packed environment.
We're a fun and friendly family run company started in 1997, providing incredible adventures across West Wales & the UK. We have mixed clientele from families to schools, organisations, clubs, military and corporate groups along with regular film and TV contracts.
With a sense of adventure being at the heart of the company we also run a fair number of DofE expeditions so the ideal person would enjoy some travel away for both paddling and walking expeditions.
We're a company that loves to give our clients great memories of great adventures whether that's from feeling the adrenaline rush of riding rapids by kayak or tube or from leaping off cliffs into our beautiful emerald waters below through to our relaxing canoe trip or discovering some hands on with nature during a bushcraft session.
