Salary Range: £25,000 to £29,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About the Role:
- Full-time fixed-term contract between March 2025 to September 2025
- 40 hours per week (annualised hours)
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications & Prerequisites:
Essential
Hold a portfolio of NGB awards, in one or more of the following:
- RCI
- Paddlesport Touring Leader or Sea Kayak Leader
- ASI Level 1 or equivalent surf qualification/experience
- A paddleboarding qualification (ideally BC Coastal SUP Leader)
- NCC Coasteering Guide Award
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Hold a current DBS (dated within the last two years) or update service.
- Level 1 Safeguarding Qualification
- 16hr First Aid
Desirable
- Higher-level NGBs
- D1 (Minibus) and E (Trailer) classifications
- Beach Lifeguard
- Mountain Leader (summer)
