The survey is designed to help you consider your approach to your professional development and career, as well as providing a wider understanding of recruitment, retention and development of practitioners across the outdoor learning sector. - for Employers 2024/25 (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/TalentSurveyEmployers)
This survey will to help inform development of the attraction, retention and development of talent in the UK’s Outdoor Learning Providers. Please ensure you are the sole representative of your provider organisation and have senior leadership support in completing the survey.
The surveys close on January 31st. A report based on the surveys findings will be published in 2025.
You do not have to be a member of IOL to participate in the surveys and there is an opportunity to participate in a free prize draw.
