Outdoor Learning Strategic Workshop Event (on Global Outdoor Learning Day)

9am - 4pm Thursday 21st November at the Hollowford Centre, Hope, Derbyshire.

We invite you to plan for the future of Outdoor Learning. If you accept you will be joining others in thinking hard about the next 5 years or so and how Outdoor Learning can make its full contribution to UK society. We have invited key partner representatives as well as the IOL membership.

Guest speakers will input to stimulate and challenge our thinking and the day will pick-up on the following themes, though you will only be able to fully engage with two of them!

Workshop themes

· Proactive safety management

· Working with Governments together

· Talent attraction, development and retention

· Climate and Biodiversity

· Equality, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging

This is not a training event, rather we will be putting some serious energy and expertise into shaping the future of Outdoor Learning. That’s why we’re holding this as a face-to-face day. There is a small financial contribution required, but everything is on an ‘at-cost’ basis.

The sharp-eyed will have noticed this is on #GlobalOutdoorLearningDay.
