Who for: This event is open to anyone delivering outdoor learning. This is a combined event run by IOL and AHOEC (southern region).

0900 - Arrive Tea/Coffee

0930 - Introduction

  •        Woodrow High House and London Youth 
  •       Key Note Speakers
      • Funding in the youth sector (London Youth)
      • Climate Ambassadors for the outdoor sector (EUAC)
  •       IOL update
  •       AHOEC update
  •       OEAP update
  •       Other updates

1100-1215 Morning - Option 1 OR 2

Option 1 (instructors). Practical activity sessions in High Ropes, Challenge Activities, Team building, Bushcraft (take part, reflect, feedback, share ideas) 

OR

Option 2 (management). Management meeting – small workshops on a variety of topics to include Staffing, RSPB Wild Challenge, Funding

1215-1300 - Lunch - Networking

1330-1500 Afternoon - Option 3 OR 4

Option 3. (instructors) Practical activity sessions water based. A look at how Woodrow High House operates their provision. 

OR 

Option 4.  (management) walk. tour of site, talk plus potential guest speaker 

1500-1530 - Summary and reflections
