Booking Terms & Conditions for IOL Events

Cancellations: A full refund will be given if your cancellation is received 28 days or more before the event. Cancellations received 8 - 27 days prior to the event will allow 50% refund.
No refund will be given if cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to the event.
IOL reserve the right to cancel the event if it proves necessary - a full refund will be given in these circumstances.

IOL FREE events

IOL FREE events are provided at no charge by the presenters.  Please respect their contribution by attending if you have booked on.  The presenter(s) will be using booking numbers to help them prepare their event/ webinar, so you not attending does have an impact. Some events and webinars also have limited availability so by booking and not attending you may be taking up a space that someone else would like.

In additon, for IOL Bushcraft Certificate Assessments:
Transfer of your booking to an alternate date/venue. If you choose to transfer the date and venue for an assessment which you have booked there will be a charge incurred. Transfers are only available for Assessment bookings that are fully paid.

• Transfer request received 15 days or more before the booked assessment date - 30% of assessment fee.
• Transfer request received within 7 days to 14 days of the booked assessment date - 50% of assessment fee.
• Transfer request received less than 7 days before the booked assessment date - 75% of assessment fee.
• Transfer fees are non-refundable
