Job Description
Water Park Adventure Centre on Coniston Water have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month Traineeship. You will work alongside experienced Tutors delivering outdoor education to a range of clients from our 37-bed residential centre in the beautiful Lake District National Park. In addition to working with the clients there will be regular skill acquisition days for you to progress personally at the activities. Trainees form an important part of the staff team here and operate under similar conditions to the full-time team. During your time with us there will be opportunities to gain relevant NGB awards which will be paid for by Water Park.
The position involves a combination of paid hours and voluntary hours; this will be discussed at interview. Onsite accommodation can be provided at a cost of £1785 per year.
