- Leading sea kayaking tours to Old Harry Rocks
- Taking groups coasteering in stunning venues
- Rock climbing on coastal limestone cliffs
- Paddleboarding on serene seas, rivers, and lakes
- Teaching bushcraft (friction fire lighting, deer butchery, fish and game prep)
- Guiding Jurassic Coast expeditions

Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For:
This is a Lead Instructor role, so solid people skills are key. We need someone who’s great at leading groups, solving problems, and motivating others. Plus, being warm, friendly, and up for a challenge will fit right in with our team.
Must-have Qualifications:
- Paddlesport Leader
- Lowland Leader Award (or equivalent)
- NWSMP and/or Beach Lifeguard NVBLQ and/or SLS Surf Lifeguard
- Coasteering NCC Guide Award Training
- Personal Performance Award (SUP/Kayak/Canoe)
- NCFE Bushcraft Instructor Level 2 / 3 or equivalent
- RCI Training
- DofE Supervisor
- Outdoor First Aid Level 3
- At least 1 year of experience in an outdoor instructor role
Nice-to-have (but not essential):
- SUP Coastal Leader/Coach
- DofE Assessor
- Sea Kayak Leader Training / Canoe Leader Training
- RLSS Beach Lifeguard
- D1 and CPC
- RCI Assessment
- First Aid Trainer / Assessor and/or RLSS Trainer Assessor
- Mountain Leader
