We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the Boundless outdoors team. We are looking for a new instructor to lead and educate our groups during there stay at the centre. All our programs offer a wide range of activities from Abseiling to kayaking to bush craft, so there is never a dull day. With all our groups we aim to keep our staff with the same groups throughout their stay, meaning you get to see progression through the residental. We a wide range of age groups from 6 to adult’s corporate groups we need someone with a dynamic skill set.

Qualifications required: CWI training, First Aid and working towards other NGB's
You must have previous experience of working with young people in an outdoor education environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to use your own initiative and a flexible approach are essential.
