29.6hrs 0.8 annualised hours – Permanent post.
Starting January 2025
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Boundless Outdoors team at our Malvern centre. Over the last year we have seen our business grow and now we need to add to our senior staff team. You will be joining our not for profit company at an exciting time where we are about to invest over £1 million in the centre to reach even more children.
You must have previous experience of working with young people in an outdoor education environment and have developed excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to use your own initiative and a flexible approach are essential. You must also have a minimum of 5 years working in the outdoors.
Qualifications required: RCI or CWA, First Aid, Paddle Uk coach or equivalent, D1 driving entitlement and 2 other NGB's
