About the Role:
● Full-time fixed-term contract between March 2026 to September 2026
● 40 hours per week (annualised hours)

Qualifications & Prerequisites:
Essential
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
✔ 16-hour First Aid
✔ Delivering water and land activities to individuals and groups of different ages and abilities
✔ Hold a portfolio of NGB awards, in two or more of the following:
● RCI
● Paddlesport Touring Leader or Sea Kayak Leader
● ASI Level 1 or equivalent surf qualification
● A paddleboarding qualification (Ideally BC Coastal SUP Leader or Tidal SUP Leader)
● NCC Coasteering Guide Award
Desirable
▪ Hirer-level NGBs
▪ D1 (Minibus) and E (Trailer) classifications
▪ Beach Lifeguard
▪ Mountain Leader (summer)
▪ Level 1 Safeguarding Qualification
