Our model complements the IOL offerings by providing a more localized focus.
The regional committee, comprised of dedicated volunteers, represents your interests and drives professional development.
Through CPD events, networking opportunities and the regular meetings, we ensure your voice is heard.
We meet in-person as often as we can, but also hold online meetings and events to ensure the flow of communication.
Our conferences are a highlight, bringing together the sector to share knowledge and inspire. But we're always looking for new ways to enhance our offerings and the sector. Your input is crucial, so please share your ideas.

The Hong Kong Outdoor Learning Association will build the outdoor sector by bringing together experienced and qualified individuals who will:
- Promote outdoor learning as a valuable approach to education and development
- Through subsidies, guidance materials, training and conferences, and advocating for professional recognition, support individuals to start and maintain a professional and viable career in outdoor learning
- Ensure respect for all participants and staff, minimise environmental impact, and promote sustainability throughout their practice
- Raise awareness of, advocate for, and collaborate on best practices in safety standards and outdoor learning across the sector
- To promote, represent and safeguard the interests of Hong Kong’s Outdoor Learning community
