ULTRA-IMPORTANT Notice on Insurance for IOL Events

Insurance for all of IOL’s own events that include any activities is now by necessity re-defined.

The administration of this is something that all Executive, Steering Group, employees, volunteers, regional, home nation and special interest group committees and members must adhere to.

With immediate effect (and to ensure adherence to the insurance policy that is in place) any, and all, events organised for, by, or on behalf of IOL must be presented to the IOL office with a copy of all the leaders/presenters insurance policies. We will need this proof of insurance for any/all events that include any/all kinds of activities. It does not include meetings where no activity takes place.

When the insurance situation is verified the event can be announced.

No bookings can be taken until this verification is in place and the IOL office has informed the event planner that it can go ahead.
