Sales Manager (London Youth)
Hindleap Warren is London Youth's Outdoor Education Centre set in 300 acres of woodland grounds high in the Ashdown Forest. It is a well-established venue with an excellent reputation. We are currently in the middle of an exciting £2 million development programme to enhance our facilities. A significant opportunity has arisen for the key role of Sales Manager. If successful you will be responsible for promoting Hindleap to new groups - articulating what makes us special; managing the booking process for our important existing groups - ensuring very high levels of customer service; and for the effective delivery of presentations to schools - telling parents the story of a typical stay. Over the next few years you play a vital part in the Centre's ongoing development. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and cope with pressure situations; a knowledge of schools and youth groups and of the benefits of outdoor education; they will also have excellent organisational skills, computer literacy and previous sales experience. They will need a full driving licence and to have their own car.
