Position: Teamwork and Outdoor Activity Coordinator
Available: Preferably from mid-June 2010 to allow handover communication, this is negotiable

salary: dependent upon qualification.non-teacher status starting at 50,000 Thai Baht / month. Teacher status preferred

Qualifications:Qualified teacher with International Award ( Duke of Edinburgh) experience, low ropes experience, experience in leading students outside of the classroom, CPR and First Aid, or similar experiences working with students at out-door ed centers.
Previous experience in an overseas and / or residential setting an advantage
job outline: The successful applicant will be both a relaxed team-player and a self-motivated leader able to create, plan and execute teambuilding workshops with international teenagers for 1 - 5 days, involving on-campus activities and reflection as well as in the field experiences working with sub-contractors to offer soft adventure experiences. You will plan and lead IA currently at bronze and silver levels.You will assist with camps, and general Visiting Schools programs,by sharing a range of northern Thailand experiences with visitors from primary to pre-university ( mostly middle and senior school age).
You will develop training for staff and programs for visiting students using a low ropes course. You will look for ways to develop the teambuilding and out-door education component of our program and assist with the marketing of this area to teachers in school through presentations and our website.
