is looking to recruit the following:

Personal Development Coordinator –salary £19166 full time

Personal Development Instructor –salary £17434 -one year contract

Seasonal Instructor – salary £11830 pro rata April to October 2010

Suitable candidates should have experience of working with a range
of young people and relevant qualifications in outdoor pursuits such as paddlesports, climbing, mountain biking, archery and fencing. An interest in farming and environmental education is desirable.

All of the above posts will be based on a 35 hour week.

All posts will involve flexible working including working some evenings and weekends.

Due to the nature of the work all posts will be subject to an enhanced CRB check.
