World Challenge is currently looking for expedition leaders to lead four week developmental expeditions with young people. The expedition will consist of 4 phases- trekking, Acclimatisation, Project and R&R. We are looking for leaders to provide the hard and soft skills to ensure a successful, safe and rewarding expedition.
