Operations Manager / Qualified Outdoor Instructor ( All round ) / Logistics, Assistant Instructor.

We are an Outdoor Company based in Dubai, UAE.

We operate a schools programme which offers school students (age 7-17) the opportunity to take part in challenging Outdoor Adventure activities in a unusual environment. (Desert, Mangrove, Wadi's (Oman).
We work in close link with World Challenge providing the domestic camps.
Contract  Period: 19th September 2010- 15th April 2011 (Possible full time extension available).

We have 3 key area’s that need filling:

POSITION 1: Operation Manager.
Package:
-Access to company vehicle.
-All food and lodging while on camps.
-Flight allowance.
-Use of company equipment.

Key skills/ experience required:
- Managerial experience in an outdoor adventure company.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to use one initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptable attitude to unforeseen circumstances and changes of plan.
- Outdoor instructor qualifications all round. (SPA, general rope work, Kayaking, Canoeing).
- Experience in an adventure company as a qualified instructor.
- A sense of humor.

POSITION 2: Outdoor Instructor (All round).
Salary: 3500 Dirhams per month.
Package:
- Furnished accommodation on share base (villa).
- All food and lodging while on camps.
- Flight allowance.
- Access to company car.
- Use of company equipment.

Key Skills / Experience required:
- Qualification as all-round Outdoor Instructor.
- Experience in an adventure company as a qualified instructor.
- Adaptability.
- Good communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to use ones initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptable attitude to unforeseen circumstances and changes of plan.
- Sense of humor.

POSITION 3: Logistics/ Assistant Outdoor Instructor.
Salary: 3000 Dirhams per month.
Package:
- Furnished accommodation on share base (villa).
- All food and lodging while on camps.
- Flight allowance.
- Access to company car.
- Use of company equipment.

Key Skills/ Experience required:
- Work experience related to the Outdoor field.
- Adaptability.
- Good communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to use ones initiative.
- Flexibility and adaptable attitude to unforeseen circumstances and changes of plan.
- A sense of humor.
