Senior Instructors, Instructors and Trainees

 

For 2009 and beyond we are looking for enthusiastic staff that is able to deliver exciting and educationally valid activities for schools, youth groups and other organisations as well as 1/1, private and NGB courses.

 

Bear Creek Adventure Ltd & Edgbaston Watersports

Bear Creek Adventure Ltd is established as one of the leading private providers of outdoor education in the West Midlands. We offer a wide range of adventurous activities suitable for all of abilities and age groups either at the school, college or suitable venue near the organization base or at our central Birmingham base at Edgbaston Watersports, Edgbaston Reservoir.

You will be required to work an average of 40 hours per week, to include evening’s weekends and bank holidays.

 

Salary and Benefits: Depending on qualifications & experience

Location: Our mobile activity base near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire & our Watersports site in Birmingham.

We Require

  1. An ability to demonstrate good customer relations & communication skills
  2. A maturity to maintain the high safety standards we hold
  3. RYA Instructors. Dinghy and Windsurf
  4. BCU Instructors. Canoe and Kayak
  5. A First Aid certificate

 Desirable

  1. Full clean driving licence, with endorsement to drive with a trailer
  2. Own transport
  3. Other activity experience / qualifications
