£14,000 - £18,000 pa

Outlook Expeditions is looking for a new addition to the Expedition Planning Team.

The Outlook Team is full of energetic, motivated people who are passionate about what they do. The Expedition Planning Team needs an extra pair of hands, so we’re on the look-out for a special someone to join the team. Your role will involve being the lead for a number of expedition destinations and to find, document and maintain activities and projects suitable for youth expeditions. You will also be required to present to teachers, participants and parents and to facilitate group planning and development sessions throughout the expedition programme.

Here are some things we’d really like you to be good at:

  • Delivering value for money – you’ll need to be able to create life-changing itineraries for young people within budget.

  • Managing risk – when conducting recce visits to new or current destinations you will need to develop challenging itineraries where you have identified the hazards and developed appropriate risk assessments.
  • Organising and Planning – you’ll need to be able to work to short and long-term deadlines and manage your workload to meet them.

  • Being diplomatic – you’ll be liaising with some big personalities within Outlook including our Sales Execs and you will also be required to maintain effective relationships with in-country third party providers.

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an interesting role in a dynamic business, travel to amazing destinations, good holiday and the chance to live and work in a very beautiful place.

If this sounds like you, please visit www.outlookexpeditions.com/jobs to download a job description and send a completed application form to sean.banning@outlookexpeditions.com.
