Meet the New Agencies in Learning and Skills!

Unique and essential events for voluntary and third sector organisations... Free!

The Third Sector National Learning Alliance is holding two key events where we can meet and hear from senior staff at the Young People's Learning Agency, REACT at the Local Government Agency and the Skills Funding Agency. We will also have the opportunity to bring to their attention critical issues from the third sector provider perspective.

There will also be an input on the Framework for Excellence provided by the LSC.

The 26 February event is in Leeds and the 4 March is in London - both are half day events from 10.00 am to 1.15 followed by lunch. The event in London will be followed by the TSNLA Annual General Meeting.

Delegates will get a live update on how the new agencies and arrangements will fit with and work in partnership with third sector providers and representatives.

- Peter Lauener, Chief Executive Designate, Young People's Learning Agency
- Rob Wye, Director, Young People's Learning Agency, Learning and Skills Council
- John Freeman CBE, Director, The React Programme, Local Government Association
- Caroline Neville, Skills Funding Agency at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills

Also on offer will be workshops:
- How will commissioning work for young people's learning with multi area providers - facilitated by Richard Williams of the Rathbone Society
- The Framework for Excellence and the third sector - LSC
- Are there funding opportunities with the new agencies? Skills Development Surgeries for providers seeking to access funding from the new commissioners
- A Toolkit for commissioners to work with the third sector

To register for either event please email tsnla@llccic.org.uk <mailto:tsnla@llccic.org.uk> with either *London* or *Leeds* in the subject line of your message
