UNIVERSITY OF CUMBRIA PGD Outdoor & Experiential Learning (Europe)
Europe has developed a range of O & EL philosophies and practices. This course provides an excellent way to learn about the approaches of another culture and compare them with that of the UK. You will undertake the core modules of the PGC and PGD in Outdoor and Experiential Learning in Cumbria. In addition you will study at Philipps University, Marburg, Germany (Bildung and Erlebnispedagogic) or the Oslo School of Sport Science, Norway (Friluftsliv) for a semester each alongside their masters students. During this 3 month long placement you will take two further modules and you may take part in travel and work experience opportunities. Study abroad may be supported by an Erasmus grant.
